He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Egbert Lowe and Phyllis Irene Lowe; and his sister Rosemary Joyce Lowe of Aylesford, NS.. He is survived by: his wife Maria Dokter Lowe of Dunnville, ON.; his daughters, Brenda Lowe and Irene Marie Lowe of Windsor, NS.; his siblings, Lawrence Lowe (Frances) of Aylesford, NS., Russell Lowe of Hamilton, ON., James Lowe, Robert Lowe, John Lowe of Millville, NS. and Muriel Lutz (Dennis) of Morristown, NS.; and his grandchildren, Travis Jennings of Bedford, NS., Shane Lowe of Alberta, Desiree Jennings of Berwick, NS. and Nicole Sandford of Windsor, NS..
