She was predeceased by: her parents, Sjored VanderKooi and Saalktje VanderKooi; and her grandchildren, Nicole, Joshua and Joel Babiy.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Van Dam (William), Deanne Statema, Ernie Verkuyl (Lisa) and Rosemary; her stepchildren, Norbert Negen, Alton Negen, Marlin Negen (Joan) and John Negen (Carol); and her siblings, Grace, Jack, Steve, Shirley, Sandra, Joe, Agnes (John), Bob (Wilma) and John (Linda).
