He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Minor and Lincoln Minor; his former wife Effie; and his siblings, James, Kenneth, Keith, Jack, Robert, Shirley and Betty.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his children, Sharon Witteveen (Jim), Jim (Cheryl) and Paul (Christine); his stepchildren, John Thomas (Christine), Debbie Thomas (Andy) and Rod Thomas (Lynn); and his brothers, Dan (Jeanette) and Peter (Marilyn). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ballard Minor Funeral Home (315 Broad St E, Dunnville, ON N1A1G4). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations to South Cayuga Baptist Church or Dunnville Hospital and Healthcare Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
