We announce the death of Art Hand of Durham, Ontario, who passed away on September 23, 2026. Art will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his wife Sharon Hand; and his brothers, Edward and Alex Hand. He is survived by: his children, Wendy Irwin and Trevor Hand (Bonnie); his grandchildren, Ryan and Robin (Ashley); his great grandchildren, Zoey, Aubrey, Ryatt and Autumn; and his siblings, Diane McArthur, Donna (Dennis Nelson), Heather (Bill Wheeler) and Rick Hand.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM at 0 available Close. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the McCulloch-Watson Funeral Home (166 Bruce St N, Durham, ON N0G1R0).
