Bev Sims Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Bev Sims of Durham, Ontario, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 26, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Mike Sims; her sons, Adam Sims (Karie), Matthew Sims (Angela) and Eric Sims (Ashlie); her grandchildren, Ava, Isabella, Desiray, Kelsea, Lily and Grace; her parents, Joan LeGrand and Len LeGrand; and her siblings, Don LeGrand (Ellie), Brenda and Wayne Rowley.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Durham Legion (271 Bruce St N, Durham, ON N0G1R0).
The family has requested donations be made to the following charities (please choose one): Canadian Cancer Society.
