She was predeceased by : her husband Brian Forbes; her parents, Eric Goldsmith and Sadie Goldsmith; and her siblings, Alwyn Goldsmith, Velma McEachnie (late Ivan), Oliver Goldsmith, Melville Goldsmith (late Barb), Roger Goldsmith (late Joyce), Syd Goldsmith (late Olive) and Bev Goldsmith (late Beth).
She is survived by : her brothers, LeRoy Goldsmith and Cliff Goldsmith (Cathy); her sibling-in-law Shirley Goldsmith; and her cousin Evelyn Hodkinson. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
