He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Emily; and his brother Ray Ouellette. He is survived by: his wife Bonita; his children, Lise Ouellette (Ryan) and Mitchell Ouellette (El); his stepchildren, Michelle Williams, Erin, Tony Harris and Tara; his grandchildren, Myranda, Kane, Reuben and Jillian; his siblings, Betty Hummer, Randy Ouellette and Gary Ouellette (Wendy); his sister-in-law Linda Ouellette; and his grandchildren, Clay and Abigail. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, friends.
