He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Reger and Solome Reger; his parents-in-law, John and Irene Vaughan; his siblings, Marie, Cleon, Willis, Lavere, Nora, Milford, Harold, Kenneth, Shirley, Myrla and Robert; his sister-in-law Susan Patterson; and his daughter-in-law Sarah Mason.

He is survived by: his wife Lynda (Vaughan); his siblings, Paul and Elaine Greenhouse; and his siblings-in-law, David, Janet, Mark Vaughan and Allan.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Durham Memorial Hospital Fund.
