In the echoes of fond remembrance, may a sense of peace be found, knowing that the memories held dear will continue to shape and inspire his loved ones, keeping Steven's spirit alive in the hearts and actions of family and friends alike. While his presence may be gone, his impact lives on in the kindness shown to others and the joy found in the ordinary moments of life.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David Ziegler and Jean McGowan; his sister Lisa (Mike Ohlin); and his grandparents, Roy, Betty Ziegler, Jack and Shirley McGowan. He was also cherished by his many aunts, uncles and cousins.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the McCulloch-Watson Funeral Home (166 Bruce St N, Durham, ON N0G1R0).
