He is survived by: his spouse Patricia Anne; his children, Justin and Jason (Nancy); his grandchildren, Bella, Trey, Brielle, David (Darcee) and Matthew; his sister Rhonda; and his siblings-in-law, Terry, Yvonne Otis, Gerry Otis, Wendy Robertson and Doug Robertson.
