Byron Quast Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Byron Quast (Eganville, Ontario), who passed away on June 6, 2025. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Byron Quast to pay them a last tribute.
He is survived by: his children, Olivia and Jacob; his parents, Mervin Quast and Carol Quast; his brothers, David, Steven (Candida) of Men's Recreation Hockey League and Erle (Maria); and his nieces and nephews, Sarah, Aidan, Amelie, Adam and Sophia. He is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cole Funeral Services (2500 Baseline Rd, Ottawa, ON K2C3H9). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Faith Lutheran Church (43 Meadowlands Dr W, Ottawa, ON K2G2R5). A burial will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Grace Lutheran Cemetery (258 Jane St, Eganville, ON K0J1T0).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to Faith Lutheran Church, Ottawa or the University of Ottawa Heart Institute.
