Claire Lavalley Obituary
It is with sadness that the passing of Claire Lavalley (Eganville, Ontario) is shared. Claire, born on May 9, 1934, passed away on September 29, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her significant other Andrew Lavalley; her brother Hector Vincent (late Caroline); and her brothers-in-law, Tony Quattochi, James Russett and Bill Hill.
She is survived by: her sisters, Adelle Quattochi and Betty Russett of Kingston, Ontario.; her grandchildren, Ian, Andrew Lavalley, Marissa, Serena Schoenfeldt and Nicole Ellis; her godson Corey Belaire; her adoptive daughter Connie Quatto; Kinsley and Kiera.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Zohr Family Funeral Home Inc. - Eganville (194 Jane St, Eganville, ON K0J1T0). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Nativity of Our Lady Parish Church (108 Chibekana Inamo, Golden Lake, ON K0J2A0).
As per Claire's wishes, in lieu of flowers, which she loved, she asked that a donation be made to the Tennisco Manor for recreational activities, or Nativity of Our Lady Church.
