He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl Green and Herb Miller; his wife Bette Miller; his brothers, Barry (Jean) and Jim (Mary); and his sister-in-law Phyllis Clark.
He is survived by: his friend Bill W; his daughter Shannon; his grandchildren, Jordan, Matthew and Blake; and his sister Eleanor (Jim). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
