She was predeceased by : her husband Gerald Layman; her close friend Bert Timm; her parents, Emma Felske and Carl Felske; and her siblings, Dora, Theodore, Martin, Edward, Verner, Victor, Leonard, Esther, Wilbert and Adeline.

She is survived by : her children, June (Brian), Glen (late Darlene), Glenda Kuschnereit (Frank) and Leanne Borgstrom (Stu); and her sister-in-law Rachel Felskie.
