He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hein and Ruby Hein (Verch); and his sister Hazel Schruder (Alvin). He is survived by: his spouse Agneta Hein (Strickland); his children, David Hein (Cindy Van Dusen), Glen Hein (Evelyn) and Jean Hein (Gytis Matulis); his grandchildren, Kelly, Samantha, Jason, Amanda, Shannon, Vytas, Nicholas, Lucy and Jonas; and his sisters, Eunice Littau (John) and Betty Wieland (Darcy).
