She was predeceased by : her former life partner Gerald Francis Lemenchick; her husband Russell Hunter McDermid; her parents, Miller McIntyre and Cora McIntyre of Eganville; her siblings, Donald, Harold and Belva McDonald; and her siblings-in-law, Katheryn Lemenchick, Pat Ryan, Merrill (Helen), Lloyd, Erma (Paul) and Willard McDermid.

She is survived by : her siblings-in-law, Bev McDermid, Lorna McDermid, Elda Ryan, Garry and Myrna McDermid.
