With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Maureen Mata Hoffman (Eganville, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 28, 2026 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Garnet Hoffman; her parents, George Granzie and Hilda Granzie; and her siblings, Dorothy Brenner, Harvey, Elmer, Bernice Resmer, Gilbert, Phyllis Mundt, Dorion Hayter, Evelina Zoschke and Harry.
She is survived by: her children, Elroy Hoffman (Adele), Beverly Paull (Wade), Joanne Hoffman (John), Sandra Thibodeau (Steve) and Sheldon Hoffman; and her grandchildren, Sonia Paull-McCann (Seamus), Christine Paull, Tanya Corrigan (Danny), Luke Allan (Cassandra), Brody Allan (Amanda) and Bowen Verch-Hoffman. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
