He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Menard and Olive Menard; his siblings, Annette (late Elson Weddeler), David, Dennis and Robert Menard; and his brother-in-law Donald Brown.
He is survived by: his siblings, Joseph Menard, Darrel Heideman (Penny) and Brenda Brown; Marion and Debbie. He is also survived by one niece and many nephews.
