She was predeceased by: her spouse Ennis James; and her brother Ken Gates. She is survived by: her children, Fred (Janet) of Portland and Lynn James of Portland; her sibling Bev Albert (late Eldon) of Seeley's Bay; her grandchildren, Bradley (Sarah) and Brooke James (Chris); and her great grandchildren, Riley, Sophia James and Harrison Warner-Smith. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
As expressions of sympathy memorial donations made to the Children's Wish Foundation or St. John's Cemetery, Leeds would be appreciated by the family.
