It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delanor Reil (Elgin, Ontario), who passed away on February 15, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Aileen Reil and Leonard Reil; and his father-in-law Mike O'Grady. He is survived by: his wife Theresa O'Grady; his children, Annette Ubdegrove of Jones Falls and Murray Reil (Terry); his siblings, Sandra Daye (late Gordon), Brian Reil (Karen) of Forfar, Shirley Yellen (late Charlie) of Smiths Falls and Marilyn Reil (David Twigg) of Kingston Mills; his grandchildren, Isaac (Shawna), Emily (Jesse) and Dylan (Bailey); his mother-in-law Etta; and his siblings-in-law, Bonnie Jansen (Oakley), Ann Pegg (Roland), Mary Gifford (late Winston), Kathy Metcalfe (late Ron), Gerald O'Grady (Nancy), Karen Townsend (Earl), Marlene Hart (Brian) and Michael O'Grady (Tracey). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Provincial Covid-19 restrictions require the wearing of masks inside the funeral home and Social distancing is also required by those not from the same household.
As expressions of sympathy memorial donations made to The Lung Association or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
