Derek Henry Phillips Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 21, 2024, at the age of 50, Derek Henry Phillips of Elgin, Ontario passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Derek Henry Phillips to pay them a last tribute.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Angie Phillips (Chisamore); and his parents, Sally Hughson (Richard Pemberton Smith) of Seeley's Bay and Wayne Phillips of Mallorytown. He was also cherished by his nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
