It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Jane Chilvers (Elgin, Ontario), who passed away on June 11, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As Donna Jane departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Donna Jane. Though Donna Jane may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

She was predeceased by: her brother Robert Beck. She is survived by: her husband George Chilvers; her children, Linda Chilvers (Brian Ball) of Claremont, Jim Chilvers (Zohra Khan) of Elgin, David Chilvers (Sandy) of Cookstown and Deb Shanks (Mike Shanks) of Elgin; and her siblings, Barbara Lenz (Walter) of Shelbourne, Ken Beck (Helen) of Uxbridge and Gregory Beck (Lynn) of Midland. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
