It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Doreen Beatrice Kelly (Elgin, Ontario), who passed away on October 11, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Ron Kelly; her children, Beverly and Max; her brothers, Don and Lorne Coates; and her grandchild Ramsey Hunt.

She is survived by: her children, Bob Kelly of Newboro and Susan Hunt (Duane Gaudett) of New Brunswick; her brothers, Garfield Coates of Forfar and Alvin Coates (Betty) of Smiths Falls; her grandchildren, Jason, Scott Van Derveer, Nathaniel, Vanessa and Hollie; and her great grandchildren, Liam, Cohen and Willow Hunt.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Halladay Cemetery.

As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the U.H.K.F. (Cancer Centre) would be appreciated.
