With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Gifford (Elgin, Ontario), who passed away on October 17, 2018 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Eleanor Summers, Myrna O'Neill and Bud Welch. She is survived by: her spouse Allison Gifford; her children, Dwayne (Mary) of Kingston, Dwight (Richard) of Bishop's Mills, Lynn Pitman (Don) of Haliburton, Darrell, Bonnie Bakker (Ed), Portland, Dale (Wendy) of Smiths Fall and Darlene (Earl); and her siblings, Ruth Antoine, Jimmy Welch, Sharon Dano and Garry Welch. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
As expressions of sympathy memorial donations made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family.
