It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Allen (Elgin, Ontario), who passed away on November 8, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Frank Allen to pay them a last tribute.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Jesse and Hazel (Anne); his sons, Robert (Rose) and Peter; and his grandchildren, Thomas and Aleah.

A celebration of Frank's life will take place at Scotland Funeral Home in the small town of Elgin Ontario on Saturday Nov 18 at 1:00 p.m. followed by a Reception at the Elgin Lions Club Hall, 19 Pineview Drive, Elgin, In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made to either the Elgin United Church or the Queensway Carlton Hospital in honor of Frank's legacy.

Judy Cliche wrote a sympathy message

“Condolences on the passing of Frank. We have known him for 19 years. I (Judy) first met Frank in the Kingston Community Strings and was his music stand partner for awhile. My husband Peter had common interests with him, such as, books, amatuer radio, and locomotive. Frank's father probably knew Peter's grandfather with the Canadian Pacific Railway.
