He was predeceased by: his sister Katherine Moore. He is survived by: his spouse Mary Lou Donaldson; his children, Bradley Moore (Crystal) of Lombardy and David Moore of Forfar; and his siblings, Gerald Moore (Sharon) of Elgin, Evan Moore (Karen) of Elgin and Janet Jackson (Warren) of Elgin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations made to the U.H.K.F. (cancer Centre) would be appreciated by the family.
