He is survived by: his wife Melanie MacHale (James); his children, Korben and Kaleb; his mother Carolyn Conrad (Lawnie); his siblings, Donna Larabie (Kevin), Michael MacHale and Elizabeth MacHale (Jean Carlos); and his extended family, Karen, Bill and Vicky. He is also survived by brother and sisters, nieces and nephew.
