He is survived by: his spouse Frances Hendrix; his children, Terry Hendrix (Nancy) and Tina Vankroonenburgh; his stepchildren, Dwayne Mott (Stella), Heather Ellis (Floyd) and Jackie Mott-Emmons; and his grandchildren, Taylor, Cameron Hendrix, Jesse and Jake Vankroonenburgh.
