It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Louise Carlo (Elgin, Ontario), who passed away on June 15, 2025, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Terry Carlo; her siblings, Vida Wilkinson, Ruby Boal, Lorne and Bernard Knapp; and her grandson Terry Fisher.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Fisher (Dale Revelle) of Gananoque, Judy Forte (Chuck) of Kingston and Greg Carlo (Marlene) of Kingston; her sibling Shirley Brash (Ed) of Kingston; her grandchildren, Grant, Rhonda Fisher, Claire MacDonald (Trevor), Tim Carlo (Katie), Emily Chamberlain (Rory), Lauren Kirk (Matt) and Ben Forte; and her close friend Barb. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
