He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Strang and Bernice Strang; and his sister Carol Mundle (Lenard). He is survived by: his wife Barb; his daughters, Carolyn Meurs (Jack) of Tiverton and Diane Field of Owen Sound; his brother Ken Strang of Tara; his cousin Allan Strang (Audrey) of Coburg; and his grandson Spencer Harris (Ashleigh).
