Lionel Venne Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lionel Venne of Elk Lake, Ontario, born in Verner, Ontario, who passed away on April 17, 2026 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Lionel may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Lionel touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Maria Venne and Orien Venne. He is survived by: his siblings, Gilbert (Shirley), Gerald Lorraine (Carole), Orien Jr. (Darlene), Ian Dejoseph (Louise) and Edgar Daigneault (Vivianne).
