He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyce Kusan and Lorna Kusan; and his siblings, Dale Kusan and Stephanie Kusan. He is survived by: his sister Cheryl Cyr (Norm) of Elliot Lake. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
