Sofia Papadakis Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sofia Papadakis (Elliot Lake, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 23, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Sofia's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Sofia's journey be filled with peace and serenity, and may she find rest in the embrace of eternity.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Aris Papadakis; her daughter Maria (Bob); her granddaughters, Sofia (Rob) and Stella (Brandon); and her great grandchildren, Logan, Luca and Maria.
A funeral service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church (486 Ester St, Greater Sudbury, ON P3E5C4).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to a charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.
