Though Carl may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He is survived by: his siblings, Bruce Bauer (Deborah Reid), Dianne Dammeier (Dave), Darlene Hartman (Paul), Donna McGaghey (Paul), Rosemary Deitch (Jim), Pat Collins (Dan) and Jake Bauer (Nancy); and his stepdaughter Xandine Arnott. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
