It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Calvin Johnston (Elora, Ontario), who passed away at the age of 69, on June 25, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Calvin may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Nausau and Mary Eva. He is survived by: his wife Catherine; his children, Riley William and Callie May; his daughter-in-law Billie; his sister Chris; and his brother-in-law Fred Pelley. He is also survived by in laws and his many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Central Pentecostal Church (7674 Colborne St, Elora, ON N0B1S0). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Groves Memorial Hospital would be appreciated.
