David Marritt Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Marritt and Helen Marritt (Bulmer). He is survived by: his children, Sadie (Drake) and Isaac; the mother of his children Colleen Craig; and his siblings, Paul (Laura), Robin and Richard (Steven).

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 20th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Fergus Royal Canadian Legion Branch 275 (500 Blair St, Fergus, ON N1M1S4). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, May 20th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Wednesday, May 20th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Waterloo Regional Kart Club for prizes for the Dave Marritt Memorial Showdown Race Series.
