He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elden Towriss and Margaret Towriss; his wife Beth (Beth); his son Tony Towriss; his grandchildren, Katherine (Murray) and Kyla (Andrew); his son Todd Towriss (Lisa); his grandchildren, Alissa (Cory), Madisson (Kurtis) and Jessica (AJ); his son Trevor Towriss (Crystal); his grandchildren, Tianna, Tori and Talynn; his great grandchildren, Tyson, Konnor, Alice, Bennett, Calvin and River; and his siblings, Les Towriss, Merril Towriss, Inez Redwood, Gord Towriss, Earl Towriss, Betty Keleher, Joanne Antle, Grant Towriss and Ralph Towriss.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 10th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Fergus Royal Canadian Legion Branch 275 (500 Blair St, Fergus, ON N1M1S4).
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Dave may be made to the Guelph Humane Society and are greatly appreciated by the family.
