She was predeceased by : her husband David; her daughter Bonnie Runge; her grandson Curtis; her parents, Arthur Smith and Alberta Smith; her sister Helen Veldhuis (Fred); and her siblings-in-law, Margaret Kelly (Ward), Bob Sparry (Merlene), Jim Sparry (Audrey), David Pickett, Bob Pringle and Ham Gibson.

She is survived by : her daughters, Linda Kraemer (Paul) and Janice Williams (Alan); her sister Gladys Gibson; her sisters-in-law, Elsie Pickett and Ann Pringle; her grandchildren, Amanda LePage (Andre), Nicole Griffiths (Nathan), Jeffrey, Danielle Williams and Justin Steuernol (Holly); and her great grandchildren, Beau, Lucy, Ava, Cohen, Wade and Emily.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the newly named Hope Springs United Church, Elora; Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of choice.
