He was predeceased by: his children, Simon, Christa Ardelean, Matthew, Anneke Van, Velde, Esther, Justin, Rachel, Candace and Amber; and his brother Paul.
He is survived by: his wife Mary; his father Ed; and his siblings, Glen, Nancy Van, Velde, James and Michelle Farnsworth.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Elora Canadian Reformed Church (6674 Wellington Rd 7, Centre Wellington, ON N0B1S0). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
