He was predeceased by : his parents, Arthur and Maude. He is survived by : his wife Susan Chamberlain; his children, Martin, Rowena and Graham (Venetia); and his grandchildren, Alana, Madeline, Audrey and Albert. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
