With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Christopher Kanka of Emsdale, Ontario, who passed away on January 27, 2021 at the age of 45. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father Antonin Kanka. He is survived by : his mother Debbie Buurman (David Church); his children, Mina and Daxton; his sister Marie De La Franier; and his stepsiblings, Luke and Marley Church. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.

If desired, memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
