He was predeceased by: his parents, Ron Brush and Laura Brush; and his sister Dorothy. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Brush; and his children, Laura, Chris, Kenny "Donkey", Tyler "Turkey" and Shannon "Pumpkin". He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
