He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleworth Mills and Ida Mills; his siblings, Eleanor Martin Penman, Jimmy Mills (Lois) and Ken Mills; his in-laws, Earl and Loris Denny; his brother Roy; and his sister-in-law Karen Routledge.
He is survived by: his wife Dianne; his children, David Mills (Cindy) and Susie McGinnis (George); his grandchildren, Jonathan, Kayla (Richard), Kelsey (Lance), Dalton (Celine) and Cameron (Chloe); and his great grandchildren, Sidney, Jordan, Rory, Zoey, Tommy and June. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
