He was predeceased by: his brother Peter Tarnowski (Rosemary) of Victoria; and his parents, Anna Tarnowski and Adam Tarnowski Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Jacquie Tarnowski; his brother Steve Tarnowski (Margret) of Port Coquitlam, BC; and his stepmother Charlotte Brinkmen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Bourcier Funeral Home (222 Spruce Ave, Espanola, ON P5E1C9). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Bourcier Funeral Home (249 Clear Lake Dr, Espanola, ON P5E1P8).
