The family announces the passing of Barbara (Barbie) Mastin (Espanola, Ontario) on August 23, 2026. Barbara, born on July 8, 1950, was part of many shared moments and relationships throughout life. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

Barbara will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Friends and family will honour Barbara by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence she had in their lives. Though Barbara is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Barbara’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father Anthony Sokoloski Cleo Bockes; her siblings, Antonia, Randy, Gary, Dale, Greg and Jeff; her husband Eddy Mastin; and her children, Heidi Mastin (Claude Quesnel) and Tyler Mastin (Lisa Mastin).

A burial will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Espanola Cemetery (386 Ricci Dr, Espanola, ON P5E1E7).

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation can be made in memory of Barbara.
