Elaine Payette Obituary

With sadness, we share the passing of Elaine Payette (Espanola, Ontario). Elaine, born on April 9, 1951 in Sault Sainte Marie, Ontario, passed away on September 3, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her daughter Melanie; and her father Leo. She is survived by: her daughters, Nadean and Natalie; her grandchildren, Cheyney, Amber, Madeline, Shyla and Sister Bernadette (Bernie); her brother Lloyd (Kristine); her nephew Ken (Sabina); her mother Dorothy; her significant other Norman St. John; Doug Chevrier.

A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the New Community Centre.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Diabetes Foundations of Canada.
