With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Harvey Phillips (Espanola, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 5, 2026 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Phillips and Edna Phillips; his wife Rhonda Bernst; and his siblings, Edna (Bob), Bill, Henry (Barb), Bob (Ellen), Velma (Lawrence), Leonard (Anne), Alice (Rob), Lesley (Esther) and George (Cathy).

He is survived by: his siblings, Jim Phillips (Anne), Stanley Phillips (Cheryl) and Jesse. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.

If so desired, donations can be made to the Espanola Regional Hospital in memory of Harvey.
