He was predeceased by : his parents, Alexander Forbes and Edna Forbes; his wife Phyllis; his daughter Sue Bundus; and his grandchild Jasen Hopes.

He is survived by : his daughters, Carolyn Mulack (Rudy) of Espanola and Nancy Hopes (late Ken) of Tucson; his grandchildren, Scott Sadowski and Chantel John (Sissy); and his siblings, Virginia Malott, David, Marshall, Peggy and Betty Ann. He is also survived by many friends & relatives.
