He was predeceased by: his son Keith Philion; his stepson Wade St (Kathy); his grandchildren, Zach, Brett, Tyler, Matthew, Emily, Ryan, Shannon, Collin, Jamie, Jack (Prabh), Chance, Creed, Chandler and Preston; his great grandchild Zander; and his wife Diane Philion.
He is survived by: his children, Ed Philion (Ann), Chris Philion (Kristy), Chantal Philion (Mark O'Brien) and Cory Philion; and his stepchildren, Wendy Nantais (Jeff) and Scott St (Vicki).
