It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gail Carter (Essex, Ontario), who passed away on January 12, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Larry Carter; and her sister-in-law Peggy Runciman (late Stuart). She is survived by : her children, Lisa Greenwood (Bill) and Greg Carter; her grandchildren, Heather and Adam Greenwood; and her siblings, Elaine Clark (late George) and Stuart Fremlin (Susan). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Donations may be made to Salvation Army – Essex Community Church.
